Farm-to-Healthcare Immersion
Due to popular demand, Rodale Institute and St. Luke’s hospital are hosting a Farm-to-Healthcare Immersion in the Fall of 2023 to provide guidance on how to replicate our farm-to-hospital model.
This two-day, in-person event is tailored to healthcare and hospital executives and administrators, food service providers, and other institutional leaders. Attendees will learn how to adopt, scale, and leverage a farm-to-institution model.
